We often receive questions from users who utilize the Scout Function, saying, "I don't know why I received a scout."
There's always a reason why a company sends you a scout. Your profile conveys your desire to work, and all companies are eager to meet you.
This time, we will introduce frequently asked questions and their reasons so you can easily imagine why companies send you scouts.
Please refer to this and consider meeting with companies that are interested in you! 😊
Q1) My Japanese level is N5, but I received a scout offer for an N3 level position. Why?
A: They may be looking at attractive points other than your Japanese level, such as your area of residence or work experience.
There may also be staff of the same nationality as you working at the company, which could lower the Japanese language hurdle, so it's a good idea to have an interview and hear what they have to say.
Q2) I received a scout from a company in a prefecture outside my area. Are they looking at my information properly?
A: There are two possible reasons.
① You have selected "Can relocate" or "Planning to relocate" in the "Can you relocate?" question.
If you want to change your answer, please change the information in your work conditions.
② Based on your desired conditions and skills, they were so impressed with you that they want you to relocate.
Some companies offer dormitories, company housing, or rent support, so be sure to check during the interview.
Q3) I received a scout for a job that is not the preferred job type I selected in my working conditions. It's also unrelated to my work experience. Why was I chosen?
A: You may have been chosen because your area of residence is close to the workplace or you have the qualifications that the company is looking for.
The job may be closer to your home than your current job, or the salary may be higher, or the conditions may be better, so be sure to check the details of the scout offer.
Applications from scouts have a higher chance of being hired than applications from searches, so if you are even slightly interested, please apply.
