・Work is a shift system for working days and working hours.
Basic shift: ① 08:30-17:30, ② 10:00-19:00, ③ 12:00-21:00
→Rarely, but if there is a shortage of personnel, we may discuss jobs from 21:00 to 8:30 the next day (with late-night surcharge) depending on the situation.

Work contents / remarks

■Multilingual contact center operator work.
・Japanese and multilingual conversation interpreter
・Interpreters for native staff working in overseas call centers
・Email translation, etc.
・Support support in Japanese and native languages
→Interpretation, email translation, etc. are mainly related to inquiries to transportation facilities, stores, medical facilities, public institutions, etc. using telephones and video equipment.
→Inbound work such as basic interpretation and translation is the main one, but depending on the situation, we may also be asked to perform outbound work (*) overseas.
※Questionnaire surveys, acceptance of material delivery, acquisition of sales appointments, etc.

→For this reason, we are looking for someone who has Japanese language skills around the Japanese language certification level 2.

・Shift work (*Working hours and break times may be changed with mutual consent.)
・Transportation expenses are paid separately (please tell me the nearest station and monthly subscription fee when recommending.)
・Side jobs or commuting to school that affect work are not permitted. If you wish to have a side job or commute to school, please inquire.
