Work contents / remarks

As a professional employee of our company, Will of Work, you will be responsible for manufacturing operator operations (operation, inspection, packaging, sorting, maintenance and inspection work of manufacturing and processing machines) at production sites such as client companies' factories. By playing a role in facilitating the production activities of client companies, you may also be asked to take on roles such as process management, team dispatch leaders, and supervise multiple teams.

There are as many types of work and needs as there are client companies. We will adjust your placement according to your wishes at the time of selection.

・Filling process and finishing process (preparation and visual inspection of bottles to be filled with liquid) at cosmetics manufacturing plants
・Manufacture, inspection, packaging, packaging, and shipment sorting of food, Western confectionery, etc.
・NC lathe operation at a metal parts factory (material supply/operation to automatically controlled cutting machines)
・Assembly/assembly work at automobile body factories (parts and wiring are attached using electric tools)
