As a travel partner (front desk staff), you will be asked to guide guests (guests) about tourist attractions and recommended spots. It's a fulfilling job that colors the guest's trip with ideas that make use of your sensitivities.
・Check-in/check-out operations/information services such as hotel information
・Handling reservation inquiries (email/phone) ・Providing guests with information on tourist attractions and recommended spots, etc.
※There is no restaurant work or cleaning work, so you can concentrate on front desk work.
※You can make use of English and other foreign languages.
・Since there are many travelers from overseas, 90% of communication is in English, and it is a company composed of unique members gathered from 26 countries and regions.
・1-on-1 interviews conducted by managers; once a year, employees think about their own future career paths, conduct a career/transfer request questionnaire as an opportunity to communicate their thoughts to the company, check the progress of each employee, and form a career according to their own vision.
