◎ Status of residence
A permanent resident, permanent resident, Japanese spouse, or permanent resident's spouse visa can work!

● Number of working days/hours
5 days a week
① 9:00 ～ 18:00 (actual operation: 8 hours)
② 12:00 ～ 21:00 (actual operation: 8 hours)
③ 15:00 ～ 24:00 (actual operation: 8 hours)

● Japanese language skills
Cleaning job: N4 (N5) or higher

● Inexperienced people are welcome
Most people started out inexperienced! Please be assured that we will teach you well.

● There is no customer service for cleaning jobs!
Japanese level N4 and up is OK! If you can understand the job description, even an N5 person is fine.

● No quick rise, even on free days!
We never ask you to get up early from work, even on free days!

● From an hourly wage system to a monthly wage system.
If you work seriously for 3 months or more and learn all the jobs, your salary will increase from an hourly wage to a monthly salary system!
(For those 5 days a week for 8 hours or more per day.)
Cleaning monthly salary system: ¥220,000 or more

● There are full-time employee appointments
Regular employees are also promoted from those with a monthly salary system. (Salary increase, bonuses twice a year, paid holidays, various allowances)
Regular cleaning staff: ¥235,000 or more

[Guest room cleaning after check out]
●Collection of sheets, towels, and trash
●Guest room cleaning (guest room/bathroom/washroom/toilet)
●Bed makeup
●Set of amenities and equipment
● Refill refrigerator products, drinks, etc.

[Cleaning of common areas]
●Cleaning of lobbies, hallways, and stairs
●Parking lot cleaning

[Preparation for cleaning]
● Work to restock linens and amenities on each floor

[Special cleaning]
● Whirlpool bathtubs, ventilation fans, glass chlorine removal, etc.
Special cleaning is carried out every few weeks.

[Inspection work for guest rooms/inside and outside]
● Check for abnormalities in guest rooms and facilities/equipment inside and outside the room.
As mentioned above, it is a job to have the entire inside and outside of the hotel be cleaned.
