　→様々な用件で様々な要望に応え、外国語と日本語の翻訳を行って頂きます。
　→同国者の方を助け、感謝されるお仕事です。
・以下の言語を募集しております。時給1,400円スタート　能力により昇給有り。
　→ポルトガル語＋スペイン語+日本語　1名
・将来的には正社員雇用制度もあります（昨年度5名程度実績有り）。

・仕事は就業日も就業時間もシフト制です。
　基本シフト：① 08:30-17:30、②10:00-19:00、③12:00-21:00
　→滅多にありませんが、人員が不足した場合、状況によって21:00～翌8:30（深夜割増手当有り）のお仕事を相談させて頂く場合があります。

Work contents / remarks

■多言語コンタクトセンターのオペレーター業務。　
・日本語と多言語の会話通訳
・海外のコールセンターで働くネイティブスタッフの通訳
・メール翻訳等
・日本語と母国語でのサポート対応
　→電話や映像機器を使用し交通機関・店舗・医療施設・公的機関などへのお問い合わせに関する通訳、メール翻訳などが主となります。
　→基本通訳・翻訳などのインバウンド業務がメインとなりますが、状況により海外へのアウトバウンド業務（※）も行っていただく場合がございます。
　　※アンケート調査、資料送付承諾、営業アポイントの獲得など

　→その為、日本語検定2級程度の日本語スキルを有する方を求めおります。

・シフト勤務 （※双方同意の上、就業時間、休憩時間を変更する場合がございます。）
・交通費別途支給（推薦時に最寄り駅と月間定期額を教えて下さい。）
・業務に影響する副業、通学は認めておりません。副業、通学を希望される場合応相談となります。
