We are looking for a communicator in charge of foreign languages and international services at the DOCOMO SUPPORT TOKYO INFORMATION CENTER at the DOCOMO Yoyogi Building.
If you can work from 2024/2/7, we look forward to hearing from the same day until 2/2!

Work contents / remarks

・Interpretation work via phone between customers visiting the DOCOMO SHOP counter and storefront staff (or dedicated center staff)
・Service information retrieval and response history recording operations using a dedicated system, participation in meetings/training related to work, and ancillary work carried out in an integrated manner
・New staff development work such as mentoring next door seats
Shift system: ■ early 8:45 to 17:15 ■ late 11:35 to 20:05
7.5 hour shift system (open all year round, with work on weekends and holidays, in principle 2 days off per week)
※We may ask you to work overtime during busy times. (10 to 15 hours/month)
Transportation expenses will be paid up to 10,000 yen.
■Chinese Level: Native ※There is support for customers who can only speak Chinese.
■Japanese Level: A level where you can understand and read the contents of the General Catalog.
Skills similar to Japanese Language Proficiency Test N2 (skill levels are approximate, so it doesn't matter if you have qualifications or not)
■English Level: Beginner or higher
Training: There is 13 days of training (all weekdays) before going to the store. 9:15 to 17:00
Entry: There will be training for about 2/7 to 1 month. ※Participation is required for all dates
