”YOLO BASE”, located in Naniwa Ward, Osaka, just became a Novel Coronavirus vaccination center. On the vaccination day English speaking staff will be stationed in the venue, so that not only Japanese, but also foreigners can receive the vaccination with peace of mind.  If you received a Moderna vaccination at a different venue before 18 September, and have still not booked your next one, you can book the second shot at YOLO BASE. Please make a reservation as soon as possible as the number is limited.

The acceptance of advance reservation slots has ended. << About cancellation frame on the day >> The cancellation frame will be released on the day of October 9th (Sat) from 16:30 to 17:00. If you would like to be vaccinated, please line up by 16:30 (4:30 PM). Vaccines available for cancellation on the day will be announced on a first-come, first-served basis. * We cannot guarantee inoculation as we will only provide the vacant slots due to cancellation.

・Those who received a Moderna vaccination at a different venue before 18 September, and have still not booked the second one

・Those residents in all Japan *Transportation fees to the vaccination venue are NOT covered

*Please check if you have your “Certificate of Vaccination for Covid-19” showing if you got your first vaccination.

・COVID-19 vaccine notification（to be filled in adavance）*You can use the following free multilingual “Pre-vaccination Screening Questionnaire” creation tool. You can fill it in 17 languages, and it will be translated into Japanese. Print it, refer to the generated document to hand copy it on your Questionnaire.

・An identification document （Residence Card, Driving License, Health Insurance Card, My Number Card or others)・Medicine Notebook（if any）

◆What to pay attention on the day

・Meeting time: Please arrive to the designated location 5 minutes before your scheduled vaccination time

　*Those who do not have a booking, are kindly asked to refrain themselves to come.

・Clothing: Please come wearing some outfit with sleeves that are easy to roll up.

　*Note that you cannot change at the vaccination venue.

・After getting the vaccination shot, please be sure to wait inside YOLO BASE for about 15 minutes.If you feel unwell, please immediately contact one of the doctors.

・Keep clean the part of the body where you got the shot. 　You can have a bath, but do not rub the part where you got the shot.

・After the vaccination, please refrain from strenuous exercise and alcohol intake.
