”YOLO BASE”, located in Naniwa Ward, Osaka, just became a Novel Coronavirus vaccination center. On the vaccination day English speaking staff will be stationed in the venue, so that not only Japanese, but also foreigners can receive the vaccination with peace of mind.  Those holding Vaccination vouchers can put an advance booking to get vaccinated, regardless of their residency and nationality.

◆What to pay attention on the day

・Meeting time: Please arrive to the designated location 5 minutes before your scheduled vaccination time

　*Those who do not have a booking, are kindly asked to refrain themselves to come.

・Clothing: Please come wearing some outfit with sleeves that are easy to roll up.

　*Note that you cannot change at the vaccination venue.

・After getting the vaccination shot, please be sure to wait inside YOLO BASE for about 15 minutes.　If you feel unwell, please immediately contact one of the doctors.・Keep clean the part of the body where you got the shot. 　You can have a bath, but do not rub the part where you got the shot.・After the vaccination, please refrain from strenuous exercise and alcohol intake.

You can reserve your vaccination on Sunday 12 September and/or Saturday 9 October, using one of the following forms. 

The application for both days is complete when you complete the form for the selected time.
