YOLO JAPAN FESTIVAL has ended!

On January 12th, the YOLO JAPAN FESTIVAL (YOLO FES) took place. YOLO FES is an event held to create fun memories for non-Japanese people living and working in Japan.

On the event stage, the finals of the "YOLO KARAOKE AWARD" were held. Seven finalists from all over Japan sang their favorite Japanese songs with all their heart. Karaoke, a tool that allows communication regardless of nationality, united everyone present. The audience was moved by the singing and the venue was filled with loud applause and cheers.




Mitsuko Horie, the queen of anime songs who has sung many famous songs such as Candy Candy and Voltes V, and Hiroshi Kitadani, famous for the theme song of ONE PIECE, who came as judges, were also very surprised and delighted by the great singing.



At the venue, there were also many experience corners where you could enjoy various activities without using words, such as flower arrangement, the Finnish game Mölkky, and street performances.


At YOLO JAPAN, we will continue to come up with many fun projects to support non-Japanese people living in Japan.
