A professional fitness instructor will guide you through a series of exercises that are suitable for all levels, so even if you're new to fitness, you can still participate and enjoy yourself.

YOLO BASE (3-13-24 Ebisu Nishi, Naniwa-ku, Osaka City)

■Fee:
YOLO JAPAN members: 1,100 yen (tax included, cash only)　
Non-members: 2,200 yen (tax included, cash only)

■Participants:
Anyone is welcome, both non-Japanese and Japanese!

■What to bring:
・Towel
・Water (beverage)
・Changing clothes
※Please come in comfortable clothes and shoes.
※There are no shower rooms.
