Job Description
This is a job that supports the daily lives and livelihoods of our customers.
The main duties of this position are construction and civil engineering site workers at sites in Hyogo Prefecture.

Other duties.
Solar installation and maintenance work is also required.

You will work in a team of three to six people and first learn the work with the support of senior employees.

Can I really start with no experience?
After joining the company, you will be given a thorough lecture on the basics of construction through a training system for mid-career members.
Many of our active senior staff also started with no experience!
Don't hesitate to ask questions if you don't understand something!

In the future, you can aim to become a 'site manager' or 'site supervisor'.
As you gain knowledge and experience in construction, you can aim to acquire a construction management qualification.
Eventually, we will ask you to direct a construction site.
