The heart of the deceased, a superb warabi mochi, is available only at YOLO BASE from Japan's only arare master, who is based in Nishijin, Kyoto and makes confections that are sold in 5-star hotels. It features a sweet strawberry sauce that looks and gushes out like blood.

When each performance is about to begin (5 minutes before the scheduled starting time), staff at the reception area will make an announcement.
*As there may be an error when announcing your name,please be at the reception desk 5 minutes before the performance you have booked begins.
Please note, if for whatever reason you are late for the scheduled performance, your booking will be canceled. Please be sure to be at YOLO BASE 15 minutes before the performance begins.

We ask the following people to refrain from participating.
Those whose body temperature is 37.5 degrees Celsius or above. (Please note that for safety reasons, you will not be able to participate if your temperature reading is 37.5 degrees Celsius or higher.)

Those prone to hyperventilation or panic attacks.
Those who are extremely uncomfortable in the dark.
Those who are not in good physical condition.
Those who cannot follow staff instructions.
During the performance, if you make remarks that ruin the atmosphere, try to ask other audience members for personal information, or make abusive or obscene remarks to the cast or other audience members, you will be forced to leave.
Giving spoilers, making recordings, or similar actions during the performance are prohibited.
After the performance, it is prohibited to disclose any information including spoilers on social media.
The performance does feature some grotesque depictions. Please refrain from participating if you are uncomfortable with such things.
This performance is entirely fictional and is in no way related to any actual persons or organizations.

The cars used are standard light vehicles. Each car can fit up to 4 people assuming each person is of average body size.
(You will not be seated with anyone outside your own group.)

What is a Drive in haunted house?: This is a haunted house that adheres to the corona standard (social distancing), which was originally developed by Japanese Haunted House Company to avoid the 3 Cs.

How is it different from other haunted houses?: It has been made based on famous true ghost stories. It provides the most terrifying atmosphere in the confines of a car. As all of the performances are done outside the car, the risk of viral infection can be minimized.

I don't have a driver's license.: We provide the cars, so you don't need a car or a driver's license.

Is it a frightening event?: There will be various horror elements employed in the performance, the venue and images will be dark, and frightening sounds will be played. Please bear in mind that this is a horror performance, and consider your own physical condition before deciding to attend.

Can I participate by myself?: It is possible to participate by yourself.
However, in this case you will be required to pay one car's worth of participation fees.

If I lose my ticket, can it be reissued?: Please note that tickets will not be reissued due to loss or theft. Furthermore, no refunds will be given for any personal reasons.

Is it possible to cancel and get a refund?: Please note that refunds will not be given for any reason.

Can I take pictures?: Photography during the event is strictly prohibited.

Is there an age restriction?: Children under the age of 6 must be accompanied by another person over the age of 16.

Can the number of participants be changed on the day of the event?: Even if the number of participants do change, there will be no change in the price. Also, there is no need to give prior notification.
However, if the number of participants will be more than 4 people, an additional vehicle will be needed. In this case, additional reservations and fees will be required.

Do you sell same-day tickets?: Tickets will be available at the venue on the day of. Tickets at the venue may be purchased by cash or credit card. Please note that customers with reservations are given priority. Regarding ticket availability, please check our website.

Can I change the date or time?: You cannot change the date or time. Please try using the ticket reservation site, 'Resale'.

Can I make reservations by phone?: We do not accept reservations over the phone. Tickets are only available through our website or at the venue.
